Young Queens in Politics
Through small seminars, interactive art projects, and guest speakers, students will explore how reproductive justice, education reform, immigration policy, and criminal justice reform affect women in their community and nationwide.
Two-week after-school program that focuses on:
Political education: learn about local, state, and national policies that impact women!
Civic engagement: connect with other young queens advocating for change and meet local leaders, artists, and representatives!
Female empowerment: receive customized one-on-one college counseling!
Requirements:
All grades welcome, but preference given to juniors and seniors
